Reflective learning blog session 7

Many of the subjects that were discussed in this week’s chapters such as IT management and globalization started clicking in for me. I’m usually so wraped up in the work I never get to stand back and take a academic view of what I am doing. I found the discussion on outsourcing very interesting and many students made valid points on both sides of the aisle.

    Yes, Michael, it is important tostep back and reflect on what you are doing -- whether it is doing a lesson or finishing a project at work. This reflection is important in learning -- for example, look at the lessons learned for the week so you won't repeat any mistakes in the future.

    P.S. Watch your spelling -- I think you meant "wrapped."
